Shipping Time: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process and 4 - 10 business days to deliver.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs may varey depending on where you are located.

Returns

At Yomu, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below:


1. Order Delays


If your order lacks tracking information, is in transit, pending, or marked as expired 60 days after departing from our warehouse (or 45 days for orders shipped to the USA), you are eligible for a full refund or reshipment.


Note: For orders shipped to Brazil, due to strict customs clearance, the period extends to 110 days.


2. Orders Not Received


If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please provide a non-delivery certification issued by your local post office with an official seal. Once verified, we will process a refund or reshipment.


3. Damaged Products


If your order arrives damaged:

Severely Damaged Items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Partially Damaged Items: Eligible for a partial refund or replacement.


Note: For fragile products, a full refund is recommended.


4. Incorrect or Missing Products


If you receive incorrect or missing items:

Incorrect Products: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Missing Products: Eligible for a partial refund or reshipment of the missing item.


5. Return Process


If a return is necessary:

Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order receipt.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Process: Contact us at yomumats@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions.


Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellations


Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are processed by our warehouse. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Important Notes:

Dispute Resolution: All disputes must be opened directly with us. Initiating disputes through third parties may result in account suspension.

Required Documentation: To expedite dispute resolution, please provide:

• Photos or videos of damaged items.

• Screenshots of any complaints, including customer name, date, and content.
